Resupply is brought to you by the team at Agnition Ventures – Ravensdown’s AgTech and innovation subsidiary. But you don’t need to be a Ravensdown Shareholder to use Resupply.
Resupply has been built for all Kiwi farmers who simply want an easy online solution to buy all their soil inputs, including bulk fertiliser.
If you have an active account with Ravensdown, your order can be linked to your Ravensdown account and included in your monthly invoice for your convenience and for rebates. Just let us know when you check out and provide your Ravensdown customer ID, if you have it handy.
At this point, we’re not integrated with maps, agronomy plans, budgets or environmental reports. But we’d love to know if this is important to you – so please include this point in any feedback to us.
Resupply works just like other online shopping websites. Order your fertiliser, chemical, seed and soil tests with a few clicks and pay your way.

We stock products from Ravensdown Group, one of the country’s most trusted names in farming. This means that we’re working with reputable manufacturers and importers with proven formulation, storage and distribution set ups. So when you buy from Resupply, you know you're getting what's on the label.
In addition, the fertilisers that have the Fertmark tick have been independently audited by QCONZ to make sure that the labelling of ingredients is accurate. An extra level of comfort!

Your order history will show the details of your order and its status.
We’ve tried to make this stuff as easy as possible – but let us know if you found it hard to navigate around.
If you're unsure which transporter or spreader to choose, check out the list of local options available on the shopping cart page. You can reach out to them for a quote and to confirm the collection directly.
Then in Resupply select your chosen transporter or spreader and continue to payment.
While we send them a copy of your order, it's always a good idea to touch base with them directly!
The time it takes for your order to arrive can vary based on what you ordered and where it's headed.
That said, we're here to make sure you get what you need, when you need it. So if you need more specific order info, just reach out to our team.
Delivery times – what to expect:
- Tests: Despatched to your delivery address via courier. Standard courier times apply,
approximately 5 days. - Seed: Expected to arrive at your store or delivered to your farm within 7 days.
- Chemical: Expected to arrive at your store ready for pick-up within 3 days. Or delivered to your farm within 5 days.
- Bulk Fertiliser: Expected to be ready for pick-up at your store on the same business day (note store opening hours) or next.
- Bagged Fertiliser: Expected to be ready for pick-up at your store within 48 hours.

You will get an email or text from Resupply when your order is ready at your local store.
Contact us if you have not received notification within 3 business days that your order is ready.
No worries - you can adjust your order details. Please Contact Us and we will get you sorted. Please note that any orders that require mixing (for example mixing fertiliser with trace elements) may not be cancelled and can only be adjusted if the specific order hasn’t yet been mixed.
